In addition to being a therapist, I am a wife, mother, animal lover, architecture geek and lifelong learner. I have experienced living on both coasts, as well as a few spots in between.

My approach to therapy is relaxed and collaborative. I incorporate a strength-based, solution-focused style and believe that the connection between therapist and client is a key component for our good work together. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore together what has brought you to therapy and how you might take steps toward your preferred life.

I specialize in challenges related to a cancer diagnosis for individuals and their loved ones, life transitions, grief & loss, anxiety, aging, relationships and personal growth.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I see clients in Toluca Lake and Sherman Oaks. I am currently a member of American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT), California Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT), American Psychosocial Oncology Society (APOS) and Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS). I earned my B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and my M.A. in psychology from Phillips Graduate University with a specialization in Post Modern Therapies.
